What to write about

Something is broken

Bug reports are welcome and genuinely useful. To make one easy to act on, please mention which tool you were using, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and which browser and device you were on. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph.

Suggesting a timer or a feature

If a preset you need is missing, say which one and how long it should be — new presets are quick to add. Feature suggestions are read carefully, though the guiding principle is to keep the site fast and uncluttered, so not every idea can make it in.

Accessibility

If any part of the site is difficult to use with a screen reader, keyboard or magnifier, please tell me. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not requests, and are prioritised accordingly.

Privacy and your data

For anything covered by the privacy policy — including requests relating to your rights under GDPR or California law — write to the same address and mention "privacy" in the subject line.

Press, partnerships and licensing

If you would like to write about the site, embed one of the tools, or discuss anything commercial, get in touch with the details of what you have in mind.

Before you write

A few of the most common questions are already answered on the main page — how the alarms behave in a background tab, how to build a direct link to a specific timer, and what is stored in your browser. It is worth a look at the frequently asked questions first; if the answer is not there, the answer probably deserves to be, so do send the question.
